This 10-minute guided Breathwork session is a journey back home to your body, your breath, and the Earth beneath you.
In just a few intentional rounds, you’ll experience how powerful your own breath truly is. We’ll move through three variations designed to awaken your energy, calm your mind, and reconnect you with your natural rhythm:
Round 1: Power Breathing
A gentle yet invigorating practice of conscious breathing in and out through the nose. This awakens your nervous system, grounds your awareness, and begins to charge the body with life force energy.
Round 2: Two-Stage Active Breath (in and out through the mouth)
Here, we go deeper by inhaling into the belly and chest, exhaling through the mouth in a rhythmic flow. This helps release tension, emotions, and stored energy so you can create space for new energy to move through you.
Round 3: Three-Stage Breath (Shamanic Breath)
Our final round takes you into a more expanded state of consciousness. Breathing fully through the mouth, into the belly, heart, and upper chest, you’ll open the body’s energy channels and activate your inner healer.
Each breath cycle is guided with rhythm and intention, allowing you to connect with the pulse of nature around you, the Earth, the air, the sound, the energy that moves through everything. This isn’t just a breathing exercise. It’s a portal back to presence. A reminder that your body is medicine. That the elements of nature, the air you breathe, the ground beneath you, are allies in your healing.
