Music, intuitive support, and energy work are woven throughout the experience to help you move what’s ready to shift and reconnect with your truth.

How long is a session?

The session is typically 75 minutes.

Are there any risks or contraindications?

Breathwork is safe for most people, but if you’re pregnant or have a serious health condition (like heart issues, epilepsy, or severe anxiety), please let me know beforehand so we can adjust the practice or explore gentler options.

How much does it cost?

A single 1:1 Breathwork session is $200. Sliding scale options are available upon request if needed because I want this work to be accessible and supportive.
